Empty cupboard lunch
This is what happens when I’m low on groceries: I combine what’s left to create the grossest lunch ever.
From the top shelf of the fridge I sourced a whole wheat pita, Yoshinoya gari, and salsa. I heated up the pita, added some rice, and voila! A delicious wholesome snack!

Ad hoc burrito out of flour tortilla, vegetarian refried beans (green chile and lime flavor), heaps o’ guac, and vegan pseudo cheese. Even Aiden liked it!
That sounds like a normal meal. Green chile and lime beans, guac and vegan cheese sounds delicious!
Ah man the yoshinoya’s ginger totally cracked me up! Great post. :)
